You know why you should stop smoking, when are you going to do something about it? Nothing is going to change until you decide to take the first step, ask yourself now when that's going to be? Stop kidding yourself and do it NOW!

Smoking Cessation is a very important part of my workload, I look on it as saving lives, literally!
I average approx 75 - 85% success in this field which is very high. Anyone who tells you they are getting 90% or 100% are either lying or terribly ignorant! They may have a client say "I don't feel like smoking" while they're with them but when they leave quite often they'll be lighting up again. The therapist will probably never know this and assume that they've been successful!
Believe me I know. I carry out detailed follow ups on all my clients at 3, 6 and 12 months and know how successful I have been. I've adapted and changed my treatment to achieve this rate and believe that the system I use is very effective as long as the client is prepared to follow the instructions as detailed.
I myself used to smoke, I know what it's like! I successfully freed myself and so know exactly what lies, exaggerations and weird and wonderful tales smokers use to fool themselves into believing they are the exception, my method has been perfected after many years of trial and error and after lots of time and money spent researching all the stop smoking methods, good and bad.
